About WaltRs Academy
WaltRs Academy was born out of a deep commitment to transforming education through bold leadership, data-driven strategies, cultural identity, and global collaboration. Founded by Dr. Monica Walton—a globally recognized Barbadian educator, consultant, and changemaker—the academy brings together decades of frontline leadership experience with future-ready innovation.
Built on the belief that education is not just a service but a movement, WaltRs Academy unites school leaders, youth, communities, and ministries under a single mission: to reimagine what’s possible in Caribbean and international education systems.
Whether through immersive leadership programs, real-time podcasts, data-informed school improvement plans, cultural storytelling, or international student summits, the academy serves as a lighthouse for schools and systems navigating the ever-changing tides of 21st-century learning.
